Pricing questions
Is there a lock-in period?
No. You can pause or cancel your plan whenever you want from the panel itself. The welcome pack (€120) is a one-off payment that covers the visit and initial setup, not a recurring fee.
What if I need more than 30 NFCs?
We'll discuss the Enterprise plan with you: custom pricing based on the number of venues and chips, with a dedicated account manager.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you upgrade or downgrade from your panel at any time; the price change applies at the next renewal.
Which one shall we start with?
Most restaurants start with the Pro plan. We visit you and set everything up within a week.
